Our 4 week weightlifting training plan is designed to improve your strength, positioning and timing with both the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. There are 4 sessions a week which include accessory strength movements at the end of each session.

This plan is ideal for beginner to intermediate weightlifters or anyone who wants to increase their positional strength.
