The Bounce Program is for those looking to maximize their vertical jump, power and explosion for their sport. This complete 10-week strength and power development plan has 4 distinct phases programmed specifically to maximize adaptation and optimize performance. We use a unique, calculated approach to address lower extremity development, giving you what you need to jump out of the gym.​

Hello friends! My name is Tom Broback. My goal as a therapist and coach is to empower people to live healthier lives through education and exercise. I encourage athletes to grow their mind, optimize performance and change their system. I played a lot of different sports growing up and always wanted to get better at my craft. Running sprints, lifting weights and constantly reading about ways to run faster and jump higher were all daily activities of my athletic career. From playing to high school football to running a marathon, I have experienced a lot of joys and triumphs in athletics. I’m blessed to be able to share with others what I have learned on this journey. I started Bold Base Performance with my business partner, Bradley Baker, in order to help others optimize their performance.
